Honestly a 5 star for a dealership, saw a comedian talk about how is this the only item other than a house you have to haggle or barter. Anyways go in knowing what you want and what your trade in is worth. Stand your ground, they are not overly pushy like some of the other dealerships around. Seem to have a great service center. The finance department was great. Took care of me and we both overlooked something on my registration, called the next morning and it was fixed immediately. I will probably service my car here and purchase our next Toyota in a year or 2 once the demand for the Sequoia drops.

Dropped it off the evening before appt, received a text that it was checked in, received a video from the tech with status, received text that it was done. Great work all around.

I’m always happy with my service. My service took only an hour. Although, this time there were only two service team members there in a Saturday afternoon it was not a bad wait. Oh and loved the service video I received letting me know how my car was doing and showing me what was fixed.

I like to express my deep satisfaction from the part department service. In particular Juan Melendez Parts Master. Juan went out his to help me with my car parts. He’ is great.
