Our sales rep Brett was very helpful and professional. Overall excellent customer service.

Prices seem in line or less than other Toyota dealers in the area. Inventory seems a little limited, but the sales people have been great, not high pressure, and the finance people have been good to work with.

Logan is the sweetest and very professional, be sure to ask for her!

I brought my car at TOYOTA PRIORITY SPRINGFIELD, VIRGINIA 5 YEARS AGO. I had lots of worked done and I am happy with the outcomes. I went to get my oil changed on Thursday, I was in and out at no time. I appreciated Mr. Dwayne looking out for me.

I brought my Rav4 in for it's next scheduled service. Oil change, state inspection and tire rotation etc.. In and out in less than 2 hours. My service advisor Anthony , was very professional and kept me updated throughout my appointment. Thank you.

Overall a great experience from saleswoman Logan to Ibrahim in finance was great. I received a great price for my trade in. The only reason for the four stars, is the fact that after you look at cars and like one,do they inform you of a $6000 dollar dealer fee if asking price. I understand that the car industry is bad right now, but you should disclose that information before showing people cars.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the road, some guy named Lance stopped and helped me changed it and honestly saved my life. He wouldn’t take any money from me but said he worked here so I feel the need to write this review for such an amazing act.

Earl on the Priority sales team was wonderfully informative and up-front, and provided great help after our purchase (as with registering our car in MD versus VA). Would absolutely work with him again. Brendan in the business office was also very helpful and answered my wide range of financing and warranty questions during and after our purchase.

Very friendly staff. Attentive to needs. Have been at a few car dealerships that have been pushy and want you to buy anything as fast. Priority gave me time to look around alone and take my time. Worked with Patrick.
