The Service personnel failed to remount the spare tire. I didn’t notice this failure until after I had departed the facility. Once I returned it took another 45 minutes for the task to be completed. Service was good for the most part. I purchased my Chevy Colorado at priority Chevy and go to priority Toyota for basic service because it is closer. I went to have an oil change and state inspection done. The service advisor called me and said they did not perform a state inspection because the rear brake pads were below 2mm. They also said (paraphrasing) they would not make an appointment to replace them because it not a Toyota. I am far from a car guy but figured a brake pad replacement was still a basic enough service action. They also could not recommend another dealership/shop to go to. But they did say they could take care of the inspection without an appointment which was nice. UPDATE: after replacing my brake pads. I returned to the dealership for my inspection. The same service provider provided excellent customer service and I processed me right away. I was in and out in an hour.

This was my first car-buying experience with this dealership, and I would like to thank Logan for her friendly and professional assistance. Everything, from the test drive to price negotiations for the car and trade-in, went fast and smoothly thanks to her helpfulness. Rodrigo, the finance manager, was also friendly and supportive—quite different from other finance managers I’ve worked with in the past, who often tend to be pushy or upset when you refuse extended warranties and services. Although I have read several negative customer reviews about challenges with this dealership's Service Center, I am staying positive and look forward to a long-term partnership, as it seems they genuinely care about keeping their customers living in the neighborhood happy.

My reservation for my car service was perfect. I arrived on time they checked in me and went to the waiting room. I got a video message while they were working on my car. That was my first experience of seeing what they were doing they finished us as they promised thank you I’ll come to this place again.

The folks at Priority Toyota Springfield, from the General Sales Manager, to the Sales Managers, to the Floor Sales Persons are the most friendly and fair folks I have met, and I have been buying cars for 40 years. They are no-pressure people, caring, and knowledgeable. The car-buying experience is second to none. I won't use another dealership ever.

Is the best place to buy your car and even the greatest place to service your car if anything needs to be repair.
