I am writing to express my profound frustration and disappointment with the service I received at your dealership on Saturday, January 4, 2025. I had scheduled an oil change for 11:30 AM, expecting a smooth and professional experience consistent with the reputation Toyota has built around reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, the reality of my experience was anything but that. Upon arriving on time for my appointment, I faced a 30-minute delay just to check in. While inconvenient, I remained patient, trusting that the process would move efficiently thereafter. I was informed that the service would take approximately two hours to complete. Based on this estimate, I planned to wait at the dealership. However, after waiting for two and a half hours, I checked on the status of my car only to be told it was still two cars behind being serviced. By the time I finally received my vehicle, nearly five hours had passed since my scheduled appointment time. This gross underestimation of service time left me stranded at the dealership, wasting hours of my valuable time. Had I been informed upfront that the service would take anywhere near this long, I would have gladly rescheduled or arranged alternative transportation. Instead, I was repeatedly reassured that my car would be ready "soon," which proved to be misleading. The entire process felt disorganized, poorly managed, and deeply unprofessional. As someone who purchased a brand-new Camry this year precisely because of Toyota’s promise of quality and customer focus, I am disheartened by this experience. It is unacceptable for a routine service to devolve into such a chaotic and uncoordinated ordeal. I strongly urge your team to reevaluate how appointments are scheduled and managed to prevent future incidents like this. I trusted Toyota and your dealership to uphold the high standards associated with the brand, and this experience has left me questioning that trust. I would appreciate a response addressing how you plan to ensure better service in the future, as well as any steps you intend to take to rectify this unacceptable situation.

So fairly new thing.... they take a video of your vehicle underneath and point out the things that a good, bad if any and explain what needs to be done in the future. Me being a woman really appreciate that! I traded in my vehicle to Priority Springfield over a month ago, and they still haven't paid off my lien (which they set up when I bought the old car from them originally). No one in Sales or Financing answers the phone or returns voicemails about that issue, although they'll jump down your throat at the chance to sell you an overpriced used car. Interesting to see that even though the entire Financing department was sacked for bad accounting before Priority was bought out, Lithia Motors is still letting them get away with screwing people over.

Horrible experience with sales and service over the last week. Sales told us they they would get nothing for our trade and it would go to auction, yet it’s on their used car used car lot for much more than the gave us! Sales never bothered to say that they had only 1 key. After multiple attempts with sales to get another key I have been ignored (these are not cheap). After less than a week the car had to go to service b/c the USB wasn’t working. Service was RUDE and made it all to be user error for the port not getting power. On the whole not a single person in our transactions was kind or professional. I went to another dealership this week and was awed at the professionalism. It’s a shame that I have to go 25 minutes further away for a pleasant experience.

As you walk in through those doors at Priority Toyota Springfield, you know you are in good hands. We just purchased a used 2014 Toyota Prius from priority and had a great experience working with our sales associate Ms. Maihan Wali. She was very professional, knowledgeable and explained in and out of the vehicle for us and made us feel very comfortable and confident about our vehicle purchase. I know used car purchases is not easy but we felt very comfortable because our sales associate explained everything very well to us and also her manager Mr. Pat came and talked to us and assured us about everything. Wow worst service ever for a dealer. We spoke with a woman who refused to give us a final price. That's not how you do business. DIRTY. I asked for a manager. When the deal didn't happen, she threw away and shredded the paper where I took my notes, including notes with other dealers I was speaking with. JUST FABULOUSLY DIRTY. Talk about sabotaging their customers if you don't buy from them. HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL. We were a Toyota family and I only drove Toyotas. Such bad customer service, so we bought a car from Nissan. Customers will come from the quality, but stay for the customer service. Bye Toyota. Edit: The dealer's reply is funny, as it seems to indicate someone tried in the past to address my concern. NOTA BENE: No one addressed my concerns. My concerns are related to ethical dealings and fair treatment of customers. Read the reviews. In many instances, this dealer acts unethically. Do not trust them. Buyer beware.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, which included a complimentary service package. However, the execution of this package feels misleading and does not meet the promised standards. Given my experience with both the service and sales departments, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to others.”
